Returns
Our policy regarding returns has a five-day limitation from the date of purchase or receipt for online orders. If five days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. All sales with a discount and purchases are final and excluded from refunds.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received. The cellophane/packaging must still be wrapped around the fragrance. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable/Case-by-Case)
The Operation Division of BLK ESSENSE is the only department that can authorize a Refund/exchange/ store credit due to unforeseen circumstances. We will receive an email notification once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within five business days.
